Scheduler and 1st line support

Working for an IT Support Company, you will be responsible for:
- Taking all calls and allocating accordingly.
- Create tickets and schedule work for Engineers.
- Keep on top of tickets and follow up on progress.
- Able to assist clients with 1st line support issues.
- General associated administration.
So, the ideal person for this job will love administration, have strong organisation and communication skills, but also have some background in IT to assist users with basic technical skills.
