This is a great opportunity for you, a graduate with strong administration, organisation and customer skills, to join a thriving technology company in Esher, Surrey as a PA to the Director / Office Manager.
The role is to assist the director across all areas of the business and so will include:
· PA duties – Diary Management, Organising Travel, Liaising with key people.
· General Administration Duties.
· Some elements of Customer Service.
So you need to be the type of person to get on with any task allocated and be able to carry it out to a high standard. You must have:
· A degree – ideally business related or marketing.
· Strong PC skills – MS Office
· A headstrong personality. Able to think quickly, handle the majority of situations.
· Dynamic, Strong personality – clear and concise decision maker. Not flustered and able to hold your own with strong personalities.
· To be able to take ownership of tasks and make sure you drive them to conclusion.
This position is not for everybody as it’s going to be demanding and challenging. It’s a great place to work though and will suit a bright graduate, who is of strong personality and well organised.
